The role

What you will be responsible for.

  • Own process architecture, module interfaces, change control, and technical yield priorities.
  • Allocate fab capacity across research programs and urgent instrument needs.
  • Lead article genealogy and equivalence reviews.

Required qualifications

  • Advanced degree in materials science, electrical engineering, physics, or chemical engineering.
  • Twelve years in semiconductor integration with leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex process flows and yield learning.

Preferred experience

  • Specialty, compound, cryogenic, or radiation-hard devices.
  • Experience commissioning a cleanroom or production line.

Operating conditions

Regular cleanroom access.
