The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Own process architecture, module interfaces, change control, and technical yield priorities.
- Allocate fab capacity across research programs and urgent instrument needs.
- Lead article genealogy and equivalence reviews.
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in materials science, electrical engineering, physics, or chemical engineering.
- Twelve years in semiconductor integration with leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex process flows and yield learning.
Preferred experience
- Specialty, compound, cryogenic, or radiation-hard devices.
- Experience commissioning a cleanroom or production line.
Operating conditions
Regular cleanroom access.
