The model

A bounded assignment.
A complete record.

Early-career participants work on defined problems with real operating constraints. Every appointment has a named supervisor, a deliverable, and a review that distinguishes completed work from favorable interpretation.

Subspec does not use general-purpose rotational labor to fill open operating positions. Appointments are planned against supervision, facility capacity, and the evidence the participant should own at the end.
