The role

What you will be responsible for.

  • Identify mismatched names, dates, codes, ownership fields, and review intervals.
  • Document the source and confidence of proposed corrections.
  • Prepare a final summary of discrepancies that cannot be resolved administratively.

Required qualifications

  • Current undergraduate or graduate enrollment in any discipline.
  • Careful spreadsheet work and clear writing.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous records without inventing a correction.

Preferred experience

  • Coursework in information science, accounting, history, statistics, or public administration.
  • Database or archival experience.

Operating conditions

Twelve-week on-campus appointment.

The intern is not expected to reconcile the Board roster.
