The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Identify mismatched names, dates, codes, ownership fields, and review intervals.
- Document the source and confidence of proposed corrections.
- Prepare a final summary of discrepancies that cannot be resolved administratively.
Required qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate enrollment in any discipline.
- Careful spreadsheet work and clear writing.
- Ability to handle ambiguous records without inventing a correction.
Preferred experience
- Coursework in information science, accounting, history, statistics, or public administration.
- Database or archival experience.
Operating conditions
Twelve-week on-campus appointment.
The intern is not expected to reconcile the Board roster.
