The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Develop resist, exposure, alignment, and pattern-transfer strategies.
- Characterize stochastic defects and maintain defensible process windows.
- Coordinate masks, metrology, etch, and integration changes.
Required qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in lithography, materials science, optics, or semiconductor processing.
- Hands-on advanced lithography experience.
- Strong experimental design and defect-analysis practice.
Preferred experience
- EUV source or resist experience.
- Electron-beam direct-write experience.
Operating conditions
Extended cleanroom work during process qualification.
Some reticles are tracked by interval rather than physical custody.
