The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Build lot genealogy, excursion detection, and defect pareto analyses.
- Lead cross-module investigations and verify corrective actions.
- Define when an article remains comparable after rework or reassignment.
Required qualifications
- Degree in engineering, statistics, physics, or materials science.
- Four years in semiconductor yield, process, quality, or manufacturing analytics.
- SQL or statistical-programming proficiency.
Preferred experience
- Experience with low-volume research fabs.
- Reliability or failure-analysis background.
Operating conditions
Minimum three days on campus.
