The role

What you will be responsible for.

  • Build lot genealogy, excursion detection, and defect pareto analyses.
  • Lead cross-module investigations and verify corrective actions.
  • Define when an article remains comparable after rework or reassignment.

Required qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, statistics, physics, or materials science.
  • Four years in semiconductor yield, process, quality, or manufacturing analytics.
  • SQL or statistical-programming proficiency.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with low-volume research fabs.
  • Reliability or failure-analysis background.

Operating conditions

Minimum three days on campus.
