The role

What you will be responsible for.

  • Perform planned and corrective maintenance using controlled procedures.
  • Diagnose tool faults without compromising wafer or chamber state.
  • Document parts, calibrations, interlocks, and return-to-service evidence.

Required qualifications

  • Associate degree, military technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
  • Three years maintaining semiconductor, vacuum, industrial, or laboratory equipment.
  • Ability to work from electrical and mechanical drawings.

Preferred experience

  • Plasma etch, deposition, implant, or lithography tools.
  • PLC and industrial network troubleshooting.

Operating conditions

Compressed workweek with rotating nights.

Respirator, cleanroom, and hazardous-energy qualification required.
