The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Own process flow, inventory measurement, cleanup, storage, and recovery requirements.
- Coordinate safety analysis and operating procedures with radiation protection and plant operations.
- Resolve material balances before campaign records are closed.
Required qualifications
- Degree in chemical, nuclear, mechanical, or process engineering.
- Ten years in tritium, hydrogen isotope, radiochemical, or high-integrity process systems.
- Demonstrated configuration-control and material-accountability experience.
Preferred experience
- Fusion fuel-cycle commissioning.
- Vacuum and getter-system expertise.
Operating conditions
Medical surveillance and respirator qualification.
No campaign closes with an unassigned inventory difference.
