The role

What you will be responsible for.

  • Own process flow, inventory measurement, cleanup, storage, and recovery requirements.
  • Coordinate safety analysis and operating procedures with radiation protection and plant operations.
  • Resolve material balances before campaign records are closed.

Required qualifications

  • Degree in chemical, nuclear, mechanical, or process engineering.
  • Ten years in tritium, hydrogen isotope, radiochemical, or high-integrity process systems.
  • Demonstrated configuration-control and material-accountability experience.

Preferred experience

  • Fusion fuel-cycle commissioning.
  • Vacuum and getter-system expertise.

Operating conditions

Medical surveillance and respirator qualification.
