The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Manage complex schedules across operating campaigns and review gates.
- Prepare agendas, capture decisions, and track actions to closure.
- Coordinate visitors, travel, expenses, correspondence, and controlled documents.
Required qualifications
- Five years supporting senior leaders in a technical, professional-services, academic, or government setting.
- Expert document and calendar management.
- Sound judgment with confidential information.
Preferred experience
- Experience supporting scientists or engineers.
- Records-management or project-coordination certification.
Operating conditions
Primarily on campus with occasional early or late meetings.
Meeting attendance lists may change after identity reconciliation.
