The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Operate mowing, pruning, snow, and small excavation equipment.
- Inspect paths, drainage structures, signage, and planted areas.
- Coordinate work restrictions around antennas, test cells, and environmental sampling plots.
Required qualifications
- Two years in landscaping, public works, agriculture, or facilities maintenance.
- Valid driver license and safe equipment operation.
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all seasons.
Preferred experience
- Irrigation, arboriculture, pesticide, or CDL credentials.
- Institutional campus experience.
Operating conditions
Emergency snow and storm call-in.
West-perimeter vegetation is maintained from the inside boundary only.
