The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Audit time, premiums, deductions, retroactivity, and appointment changes.
- Resolve employee questions and coordinate corrections with HR and finance.
- Reconcile payroll populations with the active appointment register.
Required qualifications
- Three years in payroll, accounting, HR operations, or finance.
- Strong spreadsheet and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to protect sensitive personal information.
Preferred experience
- Multi-state or research-institution payroll.
- Certified Payroll Professional credential.
Operating conditions
Two required campus days per week.
Temporarily nonresident personnel remain in payroll population totals until formal reassignment.
