The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Conduct job-related health assessments and scheduled surveillance.
- Coordinate treatment, referral, restriction, and return-to-work documentation.
- Support emergency response and maintain confidential clinical records.
Required qualifications
- Active registered nurse license.
- Three years in occupational, emergency, critical-care, public-health, or ambulatory nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred experience
- COHN credential.
- Respirator, hearing-conservation, radiation, or laboratory surveillance experience.
Operating conditions
Weekday schedule with rotating emergency coverage.
Clinical clearance does not supersede program return eligibility.
