The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Receive calls and alarms, dispatch appropriate resources, and maintain the incident record.
- Monitor access, road, weather, and facility status systems.
- Support shift turnover and scheduled response exercises.
Required qualifications
- Two years in emergency communications, security operations, public safety, or high-tempo customer service.
- Calm verbal communication and accurate concurrent documentation.
- Ability to work a rotating 24-hour schedule.
Preferred experience
- Emergency dispatch certification.
- Incident command or industrial facility experience.
Operating conditions
Twelve-hour rotating shifts.
The console displays all assembly areas; public maps do not.
