The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Inspect, repair, install, and test piping, valves, fixtures, pumps, and backflow devices.
- Respond to leaks and service interruptions without cross-connecting controlled systems.
- Update work orders, isolation records, and as-built markups.
Required qualifications
- Journey-level plumbing license or equivalent documented experience.
- Five years in commercial, institutional, or industrial plumbing.
- Ability to read drawings and follow lockout and confined-space requirements.
Preferred experience
- Laboratory gas or process piping.
- Backflow, medical-gas, or welding certification.
Operating conditions
Rotating on-call and emergency response.
