The role
What you will be responsible for.
- Execute test cards and maintain safe separation from people and infrastructure.
- Log control inputs, vehicle state, environmental conditions, and recovery actions.
- Perform field inspection, configuration, transport, and minor repair.
Required qualifications
- Three years operating complex vehicles, robotics, heavy equipment, marine craft, or unmanned systems.
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain required operator endorsements.
- Mechanical aptitude and disciplined radio procedure.
Preferred experience
- Small-boat, off-road, drone, or military vehicle experience.
- Telemetry and test instrumentation.
Operating conditions
Outdoor work in heat, cold, rain, mud, and standing water.
Recovery routes may differ from the route used by the tested vehicle.
