Foundry Bay 04 supports assembly and test of cryogenic electronics and precision instruments produced through the Second Article program.
Qualification covers environmental control, electrical noise, configuration records, and article-transfer procedures. Routine program work will begin after evidence review.
The bay is not included in public tours during qualification. Existing receiving and staff routes are unchanged.
