Helios Compact combines the Fusion Hall, Magnet & Cryogenic Plant, Pulsed Power Laboratory, and Heat Rejection & Water Systems as one commissioned operating system.
The current campaign establishes readiness for integrated plasma operations. Net operation is evaluated only after input and output intervals have been reconciled to the Common Clock standard.
Facility availability does not itself constitute campaign readiness. Each gate requires an approved evidence package and named decision authority.
