Mandate

Energetic Systems develops compact, sustained energy platforms and the infrastructure required to operate them independently of ordinary grid conditions.

Energetic Systems integrates plasma physics, high-field magnets, pulsed power, fuel-cycle engineering, heat rejection, and plant operations. Its facilities operate as one system during assigned campaigns.

Energy balances are evaluated only after input and output intervals share a reconciled time reference. Facility availability and scientific readiness remain separate decisions.

ES–P01

Helios Compact

Develops compact fusion systems and the operating methods required for sustained, islanded power production.

Public measure
Sustained net operating interval under assigned boundary conditions.

Input and output intervals are reconciled separately.

ES–P02

Palisade

Combines dynamic anchoring, pulsed fields, and purpose-built instrumentation for controlled containment trials.

Public measure
Designated-body displacement under revised local conditions.

Designation persists after ordinary material continuity is lost.

ES–P03

Common Clock

Reconciles time references across scientific instruments, campus facilities, and records produced under dissimilar operating conditions.

Public measure
Maximum unresolved ordering ambiguity.

Observation order may change after the record is complete.
